You will act as a force-multiplier for the Co-founder of a fast-growing startup revolutionizing healthcare operations. By owning the executive's calendar, inbox, and high-priority logistics, you ensure strategic focus remains on mission-critical execution. What You Will Do
- Own complex calendar and inbox management, meticulously aligning daily activities with long-term strategic priorities while filtering out administrative noise.
- Manage end-to-end meeting logistics and task tracking, ensuring every interaction is purposeful, prepped, and followed by clear action items.
- Provide comprehensive support for personal logistics and daily wellness routines, protecting the founder’s time to ensure peak operational performance.

- Brings 4+ years of experience as a top-tier EA or PA, ideally supporting high-level executives or founders within high-growth startup environments.
- Demonstrates an obsessive attention to detail and thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure settings requiring 60+ hour work weeks and full-time on-site presence.
- Possesses proactive communication skills and sound judgment, acting as a trusted thought partner who can anticipate needs and handle sensitive information discreetly.
