EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP TEAM | BIOPHARMA PRIVATE EQUITY | GREEN PARK / PICCADILLY, LONDON | UPWARDS OF £50,000 DOE | HYBRID (4 DAYS OFFICE / 1 DAY WFH) | PERMANENT | EA1092

THE OPPORTUNITY

Strategic PA Recruitment is delighted to be partnering exclusively with a fast-growing, purpose-led biopharma private equity firm as they continue to establish and grow their London executive hub.

Having spent time with three members of the Executive Leadership Team, one thing became immediately apparent... this is a business that genuinely understands the value of an exceptional Executive Assistant.

In fact, that was one of the very first conversations we had.

They want a diary ninja and a trusted partner who can create calm, build strong relationships, think strategically and become an extension of their leadership team. These are exactly the kinds of clients we love working with.

If you're looking for a role where your judgement, emotional intelligence and ability to anticipate will be recognised and valued, this is one well worth exploring.

THE ROLE

Supporting three senior executives, this is a highly visible Executive Assistant position that sits at the heart of a collaborative London office whilst working closely with colleagues across Europe.

  • Managing complex diaries, international travel, executive meetings, leadership projects and stakeholder relationships, ensuring the Executive Leadership Team can focus on strategic priorities.
  • Light-touch office management element. You'll simply take ownership of the smooth day-to-day running of the London office, helping to create an organised, professional and welcoming environment for colleagues and visitors alike.
  • Opportunity to collaborate regularly with the Paris office, travel to Europe on occasion and build strong relationships across the wider international business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

It's a driven, high performing team. Culture matters, and this is one of the reasons we were so excited to partner with this client. The environment is ambitious, collaborative and refreshingly low ego. People genuinely enjoy working together, support one another and share a common purpose around delivering meaningful impact through investment in life-changing medical innovation.

This is a business where Executive Assistants are viewed as an integral part of leadership success, not simply administrative support.
