Contract: Full-Time, Studio-Based (5 days per week)
Reports to: Founders Associate
Supporting: Brandon (CEO & Founder)
At StudioB, we value face-to-face collaboration and believe it's where our best ideas come to life. While there may occasionally be circumstances where flexibility is appropriate, this is determined by the needs of the role and the business. As such, this is a fully studio-based role, and regular home working should not be expected.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an exceptional, highly proactive Executive & Personal Assistant to serve as the ultimate force multiplier for our Founder & CEO, Brandon.
Reporting directly to the Founders Associate, you will own the day-to-day execution of Brandon’s professional and personal life, ensuring he can focus entirely on high-leverage decisions and scaling the company. You will work in a tight-knit, high-momentum trio alongside Brandon and the Founders Associate, seamlessly bridging the gap between strategic business operations and daily execution.
This isn't just about scheduling meetings—it’s about managing energy, optimising time, and keeping the chaos of a fast-growing business beautifully organised.
Where You’ll Make An Impact
Executive Support
- Own Brandon’s business calendar. Proactively protect his time, resolve scheduling conflicts before they arise, and ensure he has dedicated space for deep work and creative focus.
- Act as the primary gatekeeper for Brandon’s email and Slack. Draft high-quality correspondence, triage incoming requests, and flag urgent priorities.
- Partner with the Founders Associate to brief Brandon ahead of key meetings, prepare agendas, track action items, and ensure swift follow-ups.
- End-to-end management of complex business travel, including flights, accommodation, ground transport, visas, and detailed itineraries.
Personal Support
- Handle Brandon’s personal scheduling, appointments, reservations, and private travel arrangements.
- Coordinate with household vendors, manage deliveries, oversee private maintenance, and handle personal errands to keep his domestic life running seamlessly.
- Track and file both business and personal expenses, ensuring effortless bookkeeping and financial organisation.
- Act as a highly trusted confidant, managing sensitive personal, financial, and professional information with the utmost confidentiality.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
