About The Role

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be a trusted strategic partner and force multiplier for our CEO, helping him operate at his highest level of impact. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the utmost discretion in handling confidential information. Alongside this strategic remit, you'll also manage the CEO's schedule, travel, meeting materials, and other administrative essentials — with the same precision and attention to detail. This role demands exceptional judgment, strong communication abilities across all levels of the organization, and the utmost discretion in handling confidential information.

This role reports to the Senior Manager, Executive Operations, and works in close daily partnership with the CEO. The role is open to candidates located in the UK, with a strong preference for someone based in London. While this is a fully remote role, there may be times when meeting the CEO and various partners in our London office is necessary, so flexibility to work out of this office is required.

  • Manage the CEO’s schedule to arrange meetings, triage incoming requests, and ensure that all deadlines are met effectively.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between the executive and other internal team members, ensuring clear and effective collaboration.
  • Support the Executive Team working cadence including weekly meetings, regular brainstorming sessions and quarterly offsites.
  • Own travel arrangements and external engagement logistics with meticulous attention to detail, building contingency plans so nothing is left to chance.
  • Assist with key priorities including preparing necessary materials and organizing the CEO’s workflow.
  • Proactively identify issues and implement solutions to maintain momentum on critical activities.
  • Prepare materials and organize workflow to keep the CEO's key priorities moving forward.
  • Partner closely with the Senior Manager, Executive Operations and cross-functional leaders to strengthen and continuously improve executive operations processes.
  • Support the CEO's engagement with the Board and other senior stakeholders, including helping prepare materials and coordinate logistics for Board meetings and other high-stakes, elevated communications.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
