Our Company
Blanco Niño is a rapidly growing, award-winning, premium Mexican food brand known for exceptional quality, traditional cooking methods, and its advocacy of regenerative farming practices.
The business sells a foodservice (B2B) offering across 19 European markets and the Middle East, and a retail (B2B + B2C) offering across 5 European markets. Our major focus markets are the UK and Ireland for retail, with significant opportunities across the wider European continent and international markets.
All of our production takes place at our factory in Clonmel, Ireland, which sits at the heart of the business and plays a critical role in delivering the quality and consistency we’re known for. We also have an office in London, near Holland Park, and the CEO travels between these locations and his home in Lisbon. We are therefore open to this person being based in any of these locations.
The Company’s Mission
Producing Mexican food products for our favourite people and empowering better farming in the process.
Your Mission
To empower the CEO through exceptional discernment, organisation, anticipation, and execution — driving ever greater clarity, accountability, and effectiveness.
The Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity to work alongside the CEO of one of Europe’s fastest-growing premium food brands, playing a central role in helping the business operate at its best. You’ll become a trusted partner to the CEO, giving him the clarity, structure, and space to pour his energy into the opportunities and decisions that matter most.
This is far more than a traditional Executive Assistant role. You’ll be at the heart of the business, coordinating across teams, holding the threads of competing priorities, and helping build momentum on key initiatives. You’ll be trusted to exercise sound judgement, anticipate challenges before they arise, and bring structure and calm to a fast-moving environment.
As Blanco Niño continues to scale, the complexity and pace of the business will only grow. You’ll create the organisational rhythm that frees the CEO to lead with focus, alignment, and pace — and your impact will be felt across the entire company through the quality of execution, communication, and follow-through you enable.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
