C&C Search is currently recruiting an Executive Assistant to support a highly accomplished Chairman & CEO within a global, impact-led energy and infrastructure business. This is a rare opportunity to join a growing London office, offering strong exposure, international scope, and hybrid working in Canary Wharf.
About the Role and Company
Position:
Executive Assistant – supporting the Chairman & CEO in a highly strategic, global role
Salary:
£55,000–£70,000
Hybrid Setup:
3 days in office

Key Responsibilities for this Executive Assistant Position:
- Complex international diary management across multiple time zones
- Coordination of senior-level meetings with investors, board members, and global stakeholders
- Extensive global travel management (often at short notice)
- Supporting across strategic, legal, and financial discussions
- Acting as a true right-hand to the Chairman, providing proactive and high-level support
What Background and Experience Are the Company Looking For?
- Proven experience supporting at senior C-suite level (CEO/Chairman)
- Exposure to renewable energy, sustainability, or investment environments (essential)
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic mindset
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident, proactive, and able to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Comfortable managing ambiguity and short-notice requests
- Strong relationship-building skills with senior global stakeholders
- Graduate calibre with a high level of intellectual curiosity
