About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our Chief Operating Officer. This is a London-based part-time (3 or 4 days a week) role, which will also see you provide secondary support to the Managing Partner and Senior Partner, where appropriate.

This is far more than a traditional diary management role. As a trusted business partner to the COO, you will play a key role in helping to coordinate the day-to-day operations of the firm, manage information flow, support governance processes, and ensure that strategic initiatives are delivered effectively.

The COO is responsible for leading the firm's Business Services functions, including Finance, IT, Business Development & Marketing, and Facilities, whilst working closely with Partners across all legal departments to help them deliver on the firm’s strategic objectives. You will therefore interact regularly with stakeholders at every level of the organisation, including Board members, Partners, senior leaders, suppliers, and external advisers.

This position requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgement, absolute discretion, and the confidence to build effective relationships across the firm.

Day to day, your role will provide you with a varied workload across:

  • Executive support
  • Governance and leadership support
  • Business and project support
  • Reporting and information management
  • Stakeholder management

Please note, we are sourcing this role directly and won't require agency support.

About You

This is a high impact and engaging role for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (EA), who enjoys operating in a fast-paced professional environment. You will be comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously and have the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders across the organization. As an experienced EA, you will have substantial experience providing support as an EA to C-Suite executives or senior leadership teams, within a professional services environment (legal sector experience would be desirable but not essential).

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
