Executive Assistant
West End, London | £60,000–£65,000 + Bonus & Benefits | Hybrid Working (4 Days in Office)
We are partnering with a highly regarded global private equity firm to appoint an Executive Assistant to support a high-performing front-office investment team.
This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of the firm's busiest deal teams, supporting a Managing Director alongside Vice Presidents and Directors within a collaborative and commercially focused environment.
They're looking for far more than an Executive Assistant. They are seeking someone who becomes a genuine extension of the team—someone who builds trusted relationships, anticipates what's needed before being asked and enables the investment professionals they support to operate as efficiently as possible.

The Role
- Providing Executive Assistant support to a busy front-office investment team comprising a Managing Director, Vice Presidents and Directors.
- Managing highly complex and constantly changing diaries across multiple international time zones.
- Coordinating extensive international and domestic travel, including multi-stop itineraries, visas and detailed logistics.
- Organising client meetings, investor meetings, internal meetings, off-sites and wider team events.
- Acting as a trusted gatekeeper, anticipating priorities and ensuring the team operates as efficiently as possible.
- Building strong working relationships with investment professionals, clients and external stakeholders.
- Processing expenses and providing seamless day-to-day executive support.
- Working closely with an experienced Executive Assistant team to ensure first-class support across the wider investment platform.
- Supporting wider team initiatives and projects as required.

About You
- Previous Executive Assistant experience gained within private equity, investment management, hedge funds, investment banking or another fast-paced financial services environment.
- Extensive experience managing highly complex diaries, international travel and changing priorities.
- Comfortable supporting multiple senior stakeholders within a demanding, client-facing environment.
- A proactive approach with the confidence to anticipate needs, use your initiative and remain one step ahead.
- Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to quickly establish credibility with senior stakeholders.
- A collaborative mindset and genuine enjoyment of working as part of a high-performing team.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
