Executive Assistant

West End, London | £60,000–£65,000 + Bonus & Benefits | Hybrid Working (4 Days in Office)

We are partnering with a highly regarded global private equity firm to appoint an Executive Assistant to support a high-performing front-office investment team.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of the firm's busiest deal teams, supporting a Managing Director alongside Vice Presidents and Directors within a collaborative and commercially focused environment.

They're looking for far more than an Executive Assistant. They are seeking someone who becomes a genuine extension of the team—someone who builds trusted relationships, anticipates what's needed before being asked and enables the investment professionals they support to operate as efficiently as possible.

If you enjoy pace, thrive on solving problems and take pride in delivering exceptional support within a high-performing investment environment, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a business renowned for its collaborative culture and long-term career opportunities.

The Role

  • Providing Executive Assistant support to a busy front-office investment team comprising a Managing Director, Vice Presidents and Directors.
  • Managing highly complex and constantly changing diaries across multiple international time zones.
  • Coordinating extensive international and domestic travel, including multi-stop itineraries, visas and detailed logistics.
  • Organising client meetings, investor meetings, internal meetings, off-sites and wider team events.
  • Acting as a trusted gatekeeper, anticipating priorities and ensuring the team operates as efficiently as possible.
  • Building strong working relationships with investment professionals, clients and external stakeholders.
  • Processing expenses and providing seamless day-to-day executive support.
  • Working closely with an experienced Executive Assistant team to ensure first-class support across the wider investment platform.
  • Supporting wider team initiatives and projects as required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
