£220-260 per day | ASAP start until end of October Hybrid (4 days)
We’re partnering with a leading global entertainment company to recruit a highly capable and proactive Executive Assistant to support a Senior Director + 2 Directors in their consumer products division. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, creative environment where you’ll make an immediate impact.
The Role
As a trusted senior assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the senior Director. You’ll be adaptable, solutions-focused, and confident navigating a global business.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex, ever-changing calendars across multiple senior stakeholders and time zones
- Coordinate global travel arrangements from planning through to execution
- Process expenses accurately and efficiently
- Huge amount of global communications to different departments
- Attend meetings, take minutes
- Support team initiatives, events, and ad hoc projects
- Quickly integrate into a new team and contribute from day one
- Build strong relationships and communicate effectively across a wide range of stakeholders
Requirements

- 10+ years experience in an EA role supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience within hyper scaling companies in Tech, TV or Film
- Highly organised, adaptable, discreet and calm under pressure
- Must be strong in G Suite
- Curious about AI
- Strong judgement with the ability to work independently and prioritise effectively
- An excellent communicator with a professional and discreet approach
- Confident building relationships and collaborating across teams
