The Opportunity
This is a pivotal role, acting as a trusted partner to senior leaders, enabling them to focus on delivering our business strategy while you manage the day-to-day coordination that keeps everything running smoothly.
You'll be responsible for managing complex diaries, coordinating travel, handling confidential information and anticipating the needs of your stakeholders. Working across multiple priorities, you'll build strong relationships, exercise sound judgement and ensure our leaders are organised, prepared and able to operate at their best.

What You'll Be Doing
Your key accountabilities will include:
- Providing proactive Executive Assistant support to members of the Leadership Team.
- Managing complex and ever-changing diaries, prioritising appointments and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Coordinating UK and international travel, accommodation and detailed itineraries.
- Managing corporate credit cards and processing expense claims.
- Supporting SuccessFactors administration and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinating NJNC meetings and associated administration.
- Preparing high-quality correspondence, presentations and documents.
- Supporting project activity and ad hoc executive administration.
- Working collaboratively with the wider M&S Executive Assistant community where required.
- Maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality, professionalism and attention to detail.
- Building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure executives are supported efficiently.

What We're Looking For
Your skills and experience will include:
- Previous experience supporting Director or Executive-level leaders.
- Outstanding diary management and organisational skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational ability.
- The confidence to manage competing priorities and changing demands.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to anticipate executive needs.
- Experience supporting business projects and coordinating administrative activities.
- A good understanding of GDPR and handling confidential information.
