EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT - 12 MONTH FTC
INTERNATIONAL LAW FIRM @ LIVERPOOL STREET
UP TO £55,000
HYBRID
A leading law firm is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join its Project Finance team, providing support to a small allocation including the Head of Department. This is a varied role offering genuine exposure to a wide range of interesting projects, making it well suited to someone who enjoys variety and wants to get involved beyond standard diary and admin support.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Providing EA support to the Head of Department and a small allocation within the Project Finance team
- Extensive diary management, meeting coordination and travel arrangements
- Getting involved in a broad range of projects and initiatives across the department
- Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders on behalf of the team
- Preparing correspondence, presentations and documentation
- Managing expenses, billing support and other ad hoc administrative tasks
- Acting as a key point of contact and helping to keep the team running smoothly

WHAT THEY'RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous EA experience, ideally gained within a law firm or other professional services environment
- Confident, proactive approach with the ability to manage a varied workload
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable supporting senior stakeholders and building strong working relationships
- Discreet, adaptable and happy to get involved in projects beyond core EA duties
