Nuffield Health Parkside Hospital | Wimbledon SW19 | Executive Office | Permanent | Full time 37.5 | Monday – Friday

As an Executive Assistant (EA) at Parkside Hospital, you will have a strong secretarial and EA background as you will play a key role in supporting the effective day-to-day running of the hospital, acting as a key communication link between internal teams, senior leaders and external stakeholders.

Proficient use of Microsoft Office and confident minute taking are a must!

As An Executive Assistant, You Will

  • Coordinate and organise busy diaries
  • Support the HD and wider leadership team
  • Keep calm under pressure, remain professional and maintain the utmost level of confidentiality at all times
  • Prepare high-quality correspondence, reports, presentations and meeting documentation
  • Manage the complaints process for the hospital
  • Manage all consultant communications and IT requirements
  • Line manage the Practicing Privileges (PP) Co-Ordinator and understand all aspects of the PP role in order to cover during the PP Co-Ordinators leave. Co-ordinate all PP packs for MAC
  • Organise and attend meetings, including minute taking and timely distribution of notes and actions - Some work will be out of hours if an evening meeting is required
