Executive Assistant to the CEO

Central London | £55,000–£60,000 + Discretionary Bonus | Hybrid Working (3 Days in the Office)

We are partnering with a fast-growing global business to appoint an Executive Assistant to support the CEO, working closely alongside the existing Executive Assistant.

With around 200 employees across three international offices, the business is continuing to grow at pace, creating the need for additional Executive Assistant support. This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious organisation at a key stage of its growth and become a trusted partner to a highly entrepreneurial CEO.

Whilst there is an element of personal support, this is first and foremost a business-focused Executive Assistant role. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the CEO operates efficiently, acting as an extension of him both internally and externally whilst supporting the wider business where required.

The Role

  • Providing high-level Executive Assistant support to the CEO within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Managing highly complex and ever-changing diaries across multiple time zones
  • Coordinating extensive international travel, detailed itineraries and last-minute changes
  • Drafting, proofreading and responding to emails, letters and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO, requiring exceptional written English, grammar and attention to detail
  • Acting as a trusted gatekeeper, managing competing priorities and anticipating the CEO's needs
  • Working closely with the existing Executive Assistant to ensure seamless support and continuity
  • Supporting office management activities and helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the London office
  • Coordinating meetings, company events, off-sites and wider business initiatives
  • Providing personal support where required, including appointments, household administration and occasional visits to the CEO's London residence
  • Accompanying the CEO on business travel when required

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
