🚀 Culture Guru is recruiting for a rare, standout opportunity - a right-hand Executive Personal Assistant & Lifestyle Manager supporting a highly driven Founding CEO across everything they do, both in business and in life.

🎯 This is a role built on trust, energy and sound judgement. It won't suit everyone - the CEO moves fast, expects a lot, and wants someone who thrives on that pace rather than shrinks from it. In return, the successful candidate is given genuine ownership, autonomy and a front-row seat to how an entrepreneur builds across multiple ventures.

🧠 You will become the person the Founding CEO relies on most - the one who makes their business and personal world run seamlessly. This is not a diary-and-inbox role you clock in and out of. It's a partnership. You'll be hungry to prove yourself, comfortable saying "yes, leave it with me," and confident enough to make things happen without needing a map drawn for you.

⏱️ Ideally, you'll have supported a high-net-worth individual or senior founder before, so you already understand the standards, the discretion and the pace that come with it. You know what "polished" looks like, you anticipate rather than react, and you carry yourself with a maturity that belies your years.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
