An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a progressive and rapidly expanding international business as Executive Assistant to a team of Directors at their stunning city offices.
This is not a traditional PA position. We are looking for someone commercially minded, adaptable, and forward-thinking who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the centre of a growing business. You'll become a trusted extension of the Directors, anticipating needs, solving problems, and helping keep the business moving forward.
As the company continues its ambitious growth journey, this is an opportunity to join at an exciting stage where you'll have genuine exposure, variety, and the chance to make your mark.
Supporting a team of three Directors, you will be responsible for ensuring their time is optimized and the day-to-day operation of the business runs seamlessly.

You will be someone who is happy switching between executive support, project coordination, business administration, and helping drive initiatives forward. No two days will be the same.
Responsibilities will include:
- Complex diary, meeting, and inbox management
- Coordinating UK and international travel and itineraries
- Preparing presentations, reports, and board papers
- Supporting business projects and following actions through to completion
- Acting as a key point of contact internally and externally
- Managing confidential information with complete discretion
- Organising meetings, events, and senior stakeholder visits
- Supporting with operational and business administration across multiple functions
- Improving processes and identifying smarter ways of working
- Providing hands-on support wherever needed within a growing business
- Supporting with projects and research

Applicants must have:
- Previous Executive Assistant or Senior PA experience supporting Directors or senior leadership
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the confidence to take ownership
- Commercial awareness and the ability to think beyond traditional executive support
- A positive, adaptable attitude with a genuine willingness to get involved
