THE TEAM
You will be part of the Brand team, supporting the Director, Brand Marketing and Communications, EMEA. The team works closely with property-based marketing and communications teams across the region, partnering to deliver cohesive, high-quality brand and communications initiatives that elevate Rosewood Hotel Group’s presence across EMEA.
YOUR ROLE
As Executive, Brand Marketing and Communications, EMEA, you will support the delivery of best-in-class brand management across the region. Working closely with the Director and collaborating with property teams, you will play a key role in coordinating marketing initiatives, managing communications activities, and ensuring the successful implementation of regional campaigns and brand standards. This role is essential in enabling effective go-to-market execution and maintaining consistency across all touchpoints.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
- Build strong relationships with property marketing and communications teams, providing updates and ongoing support
- Manage media inquiries and coordinate responses, including preparation of spokesperson materials
- Maintain and update media, influencer, and stakeholder databases, supporting gifting and communications initiatives
- Coordinate regional events and assist with the execution of brand events, openings, press trips, and workshops
- Oversee the press library, digital asset management system, and marketing files to ensure accuracy and accessibility
- Develop and coordinate the corporate newsletter, including content collection, approvals, and distribution
COULD THIS BE YOU?
- You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy
- You communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken
- You are comfortable working with data and numbers, with strong attention to detail
- You demonstrate strong time management skills and perform well under pressure to meet deadlines
- You are proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, with additional creative tools as an advantage
- You bring relevant academic background in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field, along with experience supporting marketing or project coordination in a corporate environment
