Executive Business Partner

As our Executive Business Partner, you will be a trusted strategic partner to the Team Principal and Executive Leadership Team, helping to drive the successful delivery of business priorities, organisational objectives, and key initiatives across the organisation.

Operating at the intersection of executive leadership, business operations, and organisational effectiveness, you will enable informed decision-making, coordinate strategic priorities, and ensure alignment across key functions. This is a highly visible role requiring exceptional judgement, discretion, and stakeholder management skills within a fast-paced, high-performance Formula 1 environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Strategic & Executive Partnership

  • Act as a trusted partner to the Team Principal and Executive Leadership Team.
  • Support the delivery of strategic priorities, business objectives, and key initiatives.
  • Enable effective decision-making through executive briefings, analysis, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Manage executive communications and confidential business matters with discretion.

Business Operations & Performance

  • Drive operational effectiveness across executive-led priorities and projects.
  • Track business objectives, risks, actions, and dependencies to support successful delivery.
  • Develop reporting, dashboards, and insights to inform leadership decision-making.
  • Support business planning, budgeting, workforce planning, and performance reviews.

Governance & Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate leadership meetings, governance forums, and executive reviews.
  • Ensure actions, decisions, and commitments are tracked and delivered.
  • Build strong partnerships across HR, Finance, IT, Legal, Commercial, Marketing, Communications, and Operations.
  • Support organisational change, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

What You Bring

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline.
  • 12+ years' experience in a comparable Executive Business Partner or senior executive support role, ideally within Formula 1 or a sporting environment.
  • Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and enabling the delivery of strategic business priorities.
  • Strong organisational, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Experience in governance, business planning, reporting, and operational delivery.
  • Exceptional judgement, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
