Executive Business Partner Application Deadline: 22 June 2026 Department: Document Control Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Alternative Heat Head Office Reporting To: Managing, Operations and Associate Directors

Description Team Overview: The Document Control department ensures the efficient management, organisation, and distribution of all project-related documentation. This team maintains version control, tracks approvals, and ensures that the latest documents are readily accessible to all stakeholders across the project lifecycle. By upholding strict document management protocols, the department supports compliance, enhances collaboration, and helps maintain consistency and accuracy across all project communications. Role Overview: The Executive Business Partner is a proactive and business-focused role, providing high-level support to senior leaders. The post holder will collaborate closely with the Managing Director, Operations Director and Associate Directors delivering first-class assistance in preparing presentations, reports, and documents. This role combines strategic awareness with hands-on operational support, requiring excellent organisational skills and strong communication abilities. Job Title | Executive Business Partner Location | Alternative Heat Head Office, Banbridge. Hours | Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-3pm Salary | Competitive Depending on Experience Responsible to | Managing, Operations and Associate Directors.

What You'll be Doing This role requires a highly organised and proactive individual who can work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and support the smooth operation of the Senior Leadership Team. Responsibilities include preparing meetings, presentations, briefings, and corporate documents, as well as drafting professional slide decks for the executive team. The role also involves attending senior meetings, recording minutes, distributing actions, and supporting the CEO Office by overseeing business support processes and operational quality. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, alongside the ability to identify and implement improvements that enhance efficiency and ensure timely business communications across the organisation.
