The Operation
We combine a vibrant restaurant, bar, and terrace with a premium-level banqueting and events offering, catering from early morning service to gala dinners for up to 450 covers. This role requires someone who thrives in high-energy, high-volume environments while maintaining unwavering craft, professionalism, and a guest-first mindset.
What You Will Lead
As Executive Chef, your expertise will shape our entirety of food service—from first breakfast service through to orchestrated large-scale events. Your leadership will span:
- Menu development grounded in seasonal cuisine, genuine skill, and-on-the-ground authenticity.
- Leadrship of a high-performing brigade, nurturing a mission-driven kitchen culture that attracts and retains top talent.
- End-to-end operations, encompassing food safety, compliance, budgeting, supplier partnerships, and cost management.
- TACTICAL leadership across multiple functions, supported by our SAVOR group’s F&B resources.

Responsibilities
CULINARY EXCELLENCE
- Design, refine, and data-driven adaptive menus to meet our brand’s standards and our guests’ expectations.
- Champion modern, thoughtful, and sustainable practices on every plate.
- Own the quality and consistency of food throughout all스는 intensive across our restaurant, bar, and events.
OPERATIONAL LEADERSHIP
- Create an effective kitchen “flow” that honours craft while maintaining team efficiency.
- Partner with events and non-FIN teams to synchronize culinary prowess with venue experiences.
- Maintain meticulous tracking/management of food safety, waste, and compliance records.
CULTURE FIRST
- Build a thriving brigade that takes ownership of them: the pace, creativity, and pride in our team.
- Balance traditional techniques with contemporary approaches to recruiting and serenity.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should:
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLSET
- Executive Chef or equivalent (Head Chef+) leadership with a strong track record of success in high-volume settings (e.g., luxury hotels, catered events, or third-party-managed operations).
- Bespoke proficiency in:
- Brigade mentoring, retention, performance review.
- Event-scale guarantee (e.g., weddings, galas, large conferences).
- Hands-on experience with: Event prep, and revising budgeting/sourcing.
- Certifications: Preferably Culinary Diploma or undergraduate degrees and a current Food Hygiene & Safety qualification (or equivalent).
