The Role of Executive Chef
You are the visionary and operator of our multi-outlet kitchens, ensuring culinary excellence and team leadership at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
Set strategic direction, manage staff, and drive results:

Culinary Leadership & Operations
- Ensure all kitchens operate efficiently and to high food quality standards
- Oversee staff training, recruitment, selection, and performance development

Menu Planning & Compliance
- Lead menu development, reflecting trends and client requirements
- Oversee food safety, hygiene and health/safety compliance
- Maintain responsible and sustainable stock sourcing, including rotations

Team Development
- Assess and recognise training needs to support career growth
- Drive collaborative, creative, and diverse teamwork

Financial & Commercial Responsibility
- Set financial targets, maximize commercial opportunities and communicate to the team

Quality & Innovation
- Stay updated with food trends, ingredients, and industry best practices
Qualifications & Experience
You bring demonstrable culinary leadership and enthusiasm for fostering professional talent:
- Proven track record working in a demanding senior kitchen role
- Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate or above
- Commitment to teamwork and strong supplier relationships

Location & Compensation
- Location: Northamptonshire
- Salary: Up to £63,000 prestige range for Executive Chefs
