Lead an Exceptional Culinary Experience
Are you an inspiring Executive Chef ready to lead the culinary operation within one of the UK's most prestigious luxury department stores?
This is an exciting opportunity to shape a premium food offer, from elegant all-day dining to exclusive hospitality, leading a talented brigade to deliver exceptional food, creativity, and service in a fast-paced, high-end environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead and inspire a high-performing kitchen team.
- Create innovative, seasonal menus and premium dining experiences.
- Drive food quality, consistency, and culinary excellence.
- Manage food costs, labor, and kitchen performance.
- Develop and mentor future culinary talent.
- Ensure the highest standards of food safety, compliance, and customer experience.

What We're Looking For
- Executive Chef or Senior Head Chef experience in premium hospitality, luxury retail, or five-star hotels.
- A passion for exceptional food and innovative menus.
- Strong leadership and people development skills.
- Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and food costs.
- A commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
