Your Mission
- Lead all culinary operations across multiple outlets
- Design innovative seasonal menus
- Inspire and develop an international brigade
- Deliver exceptional food quality and presentation
- Ensure financial performance and cost control
- Maintain the highest hygiene and food safety standards
- Collaborate closely with the Food & Beverage leadership team

Who You Are
- Proven experience as Executive Chef within luxury hotels or Michelin-level restaurants
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Passion for innovation and culinary excellence
- Experience managing multicultural teams
- Excellent English communication skills
- Commercial mindset with strong food cost management
Salary & Benefits
£90,000–£120,000 per year
plus
