Role Overview
The Executive Connect & Invite-Only Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of TM Forum’s Executive Connect programme and Invite-Only sponsor experiences. This role manages curated sponsor-executive meetings, high-value sessions, and senior-level engagement across TM Forum’s global events.
Both Executive Connect and Invite-Only programmes are designed to connect sponsors with high-level CSP (Communications Service Provider) executives, ensuring engagement with the decision-makers who shape strategy, purchasing, and partnership opportunities. You will manage the full delivery lifecycle—from sponsor onboarding, audience targeting, acquisition, outreach, scheduling, and onsite execution—ensuring every interaction delivers value for both sponsors and senior CSP attendees.
This role reports to the Senior Executive Connect & Invite-Only Manager and focuses on:
- Delivering a smooth, high-quality experience for sponsors and delegates
- Maintaining strong operational delivery
- Contributing to continuous improvement across Executive Connect and Invite-Only formats
Key Responsibilities
Programme Delivery
You will manage the end-to-end delivery of the Executive Connect and Invite-Only programmes across multiple events each year.
- Managing sponsor onboarding, ensuring profiles, target accounts, and objectives are captured accurately
- Managing outreach to high-level CSP delegates via tailored communications, confirmations, and reminders
- Coordinating meeting scheduling, resolving conflicts, managing shared meeting rooms, and ensuring onsite operations
- Managing the Invite-Only cycle from attendee wishlists through acquisition, marketing promotion, vetting, approvals, and session flow
- Ensuring all communication touchpoints (invites, reminders, onsite instructions) support a seamless participant experience

Audience Acquisition & Sponsor Engagement
Ensure sponsors engage with the right senior-level CSP executives by driving targeted audience acquisition and ongoing sponsor support.
- Fulfilling acquisition plans to reach senior CSP decision-makers across global markets
- Supporting sponsors to refine and prioritise audience wishlists and articulate meaningful session or meeting objectives
- Handling escalations around targeting, scheduling, approvals, or attendance with quick resolutions
- Acting as a trusted advisor to sponsors throughout the full delivery cycle
Team Collaboration
Work closely with cross-functional groups to deliver successful Executive Connect & Invite-Only programmes.
- Coordinating day-to-day activities, workload priorities, and task clarity
- Ensuring effective communication between teams, particularly with Sales, Events, Marketing, and Insights
- Building strong relationships across teams, particularly during time-sensitive periods
- Contributing to consistent ways of working and helping improve delivery quality across events
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
Proactively refine programme processes and delivery quality.
- Contributing to event retrospectives with data-driven insights to identify improvements and efficiency gains
- Suggesting enhancements to workflows, SOPs, templates, timelines, and communication processes
- Supporting the development of best practices in targeting, outreach, data capture, and attendee engagement
- Anticipating risks and implementing preventive solutions ahead of key milestones

Reporting
Maintain visibility and alignment through structured reporting.
- Tracking acquisition progress, confirmations, scheduling, approvals, and delivery risks
- Providing ongoing updates to ensure cross-team alignment and timely action
- Producing post-event insights and recommendations to strengthen future delivery and organisational learning
- Contributing to broader sponsor success reporting
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Strong experience delivering executive-level engagement programmes, event operations, sponsorship delivery, or high-value client engagements
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder workflows across global events and time zones
- Skilled communicator capable of confidently engaging with CSP executives and sponsor representatives
- Experience in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with strong organisation and prioritisation
- Excellent problem-solving and judgement skills for handling escalations and time-sensitive issues
- High attention to detail to maintain accuracy across multiple concurrent workstreams
Beneficial:
- Familiarity with telecoms, technology, B2B events, or curated meeting programmes
- Proficiency with CRM systems, scheduling tools, and project management platforms
