Role Overview
The Executive Connect & Invite-Only Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of TM Forum’s Executive Connect program and Invite-Only sponsor experiences. This role ensures curated sponsor-executive meetings and high-value sessions for senior-level engagement across all TM Forum’s global events, managing the full lifecycle from onboarding and targeting through to execution.
Both programmes enable sponsors to connect with high-level CSP executives, facilitating engagement with decision-makers who shape strategy, purchasing, and partnerships. You will:
- Manage sponsor onboarding, ensuring goals and target accounts align.
- Handle audience acquisition, outreach, scheduling, and on-site execution.
- Report to the Senior Executive Connect & Invite-Only Manager and drive operational excellence and continuous improvement in Executive Connect and Invite-Only formats.
Key Responsibilities
Programme Delivery

Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Executive Connect & Invite-Only across multiple events annually.
Key tasks: -streamliner sponsor onboarding, capturing profiles, target accounts, and session objectives accurately. -Facilitate upfront outreach to senior-level CSP delegates via high-value invites, confirmations, and reminders. -Coordinate meeting scheduling, manage cancellations/conflicts, and optimise on-site execution (venue logistics, space allocation). -Oversee the Invite-Only nomination cycle from identity submissions → acquisition → vetting → approval → on-site session flow. -Ensure seamless communication/engagement strategy for invitations, reminders, and on-site execution.

Audience Acquisition & Sponsor Engagement

Ensure sponsors engage effectively with high-level CSP executives via targeted outreach and support.
Key tasks: -Deliver acquisition benchmarks by catering to senior-level decision-making across global markets. -Collaborate with sponsors to refine target reach and design compelling engagement objectives. -Resolve escalations in messaging or scheduling, prioritising rapid resolution. -Serve as a trusted advisor, advising sponsors throughout the delivery cycle.
Team Collaboration

Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve successful delivery of executive meetings.
Key tasks: -Coordinate daily team alignment, workloads, and priorities for programme delivery. -Maintain strong communication channels with Sales, Events, Marketing and Insights. -Build relationships with stakeholders during critical delivery phases. -Contribute to consistent operational excellence and communicate best practices for future events.
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

Drive systematic improvements in processes, workflows, and collaboration.
Key tasks: -Share event retrospective insights to identify areas for enhancement and efficiency. -Propose workarounds for SOPs, templates, timelines, and communication frameworks. -Support continuous improvement in audience targeting, outreach, and engagement activity. -Anticipate execution risks and implement preventative solutions.

Reporting

Maintain visibility alignment through detailed reporting and stakeholder updates.
Key tasks: -Monitor acquisition progress, attendee allocation, and confirmation approvals, while tracking associated risks. -Provide data-driven updates to cross-function teams for prioritisation. -Develop post-event learnings and activate insights to strengthen future initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
-Background demonstrating executive-level engagement experience, including event operations, sponsorship delivery or high-value client engagement.
-Proficiency in managing complex multi-stakeholder workflows across global events and time zones.
-Fluent communication skills to engage high-level CSP executives and delegates.
-Trusted in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with proven organisation, prioritisation, and problem-solving expertise.
-Valued for attention to detail, particularly when balancing multiple simultaneous tasks.
-Benefits include familiarity with telecoms, B2B events, or curated meeting programming experience.
-Preferred proficiency in CRM systems, scheduling tools and project management platforms.
