Executive Consultant - Four Squared Recruitment - Part of the Ballards Group

Location: Worcester (Head Office) with travel to other Ballards Group offices and client sites
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Hybrid Working: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday office-based

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity for an experienced recruiter to build and grow a specialist recruitment desk. You'll use your market knowledge, network and commercial expertise to develop new client relationships, manage the full recruitment lifecycle and exceed financial and performance targets.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing and growing your own recruitment desk, taking responsibility for achieving financial targets and KPIs.
  • Winning new business through business development, networking, client meetings and relationship building.
  • Developing long-term partnerships with new and existing clients.
  • Using your existing recruitment network alongside headhunting, referrals, LinkedIn and social media to attract candidates.
  • Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy briefing through to offer management and placement.
  • Interviewing, shortlisting and preparing candidates for client interviews.
  • Negotiating offers, salaries and terms between clients and candidates.
  • Providing market insight and recruitment advice to clients and candidates.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and ensuring compliance with Four Squared Recruitment processes and Terms of Business.

About You

  • Minimum two years' experience managing a successful 360 recruitment desk.
  • Proven business development and client relationship management skills.
  • Excellent networking, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Experience running recruitment campaigns across LinkedIn and social media.
  • Commercially driven with the ability to exceed targets and KPIs.
  • Experience recruiting permanent and/or temporary roles across multiple clients.
