Job Overview
We are seeking an organised and diligent Executive Coordinator who shares our passion for evangelism and wants to join our dynamic team in Solihull, England.
The Executive Coordinator is responsible for providing high-level administrative and coordination support to Executives based in Solihull and Cape Town. This role ensures operational continuity across leadership by coordinating administrative operations, including travel arrangements, calendar management, financial and non-financial record-keeping, while also supporting stakeholder communication, preparing meeting materials, and tracking follow-up actions as needed.
Working in conjunction with other Executive Coordinators, this role helps to facilitate global meetings and collaboration, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.

The Executive Coordinator will also play a critical role in record-keeping and meeting coordination for Trustees and various committee meetings.
Specific Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, Director of Finance & Governance, and Director of People.
- Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements, ensuring all logistics are efficiently handled.
- Assist with hosting guests and coordinating hospitality arrangements for visitors.
- Work collaboratively with other Executive Coordinators, based in different Hubs.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, and other documents, as required.
- Manage and maintain effective filing systems and databases.
- Support record-keeping for Trustees, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist in minute-taking and board pack preparation, as required.
- Help coordinate communications amongst stakeholders, as required.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Collaborate within a global organisation across time zones, including occasional out-of-hours availability where required.

Skills, Experience And Education
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative or executive support roles.
- A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
- The ability to prioritise and multitask efficiently, with exceptional attention to detail is required.
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills are required.
- The ability to act independently and seek guidance where appropriate is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software is required.
