Executive Director - Consumer Directed Care

About The Role

As Executive Director – Consumer Directed Care (permanent, full time), you will provide strategic leadership across our aged care, disability, supported employment and allied health services.

You will lead the transformation of our service delivery model providing high-quality, person-centred outcomes while balancing clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and sustainable growth.

This is a pivotal executive leadership role responsible for aligning service delivery, workforce performance and commercial discipline to maximise client choice, independence and organisational impact.

We are seeking a values-driven and inspiring leader who can navigate complexity, innovate, and bring people together around a shared vision for the future of care.

You will lead and empower a large and diverse team of approximately 200 employees, fostering a culture grounded in collaboration, compassion, courage, inclusion, and empowerment.

To Succeed in This Role, You Will Have

  • Demonstrated experience working within Consumer Directed Care (CDC) partnering with complex regulators to enable individuals in exercising choice and control around their service model, with a strong understanding of person-centred practice.
  • A track record of leading large, multidisciplinary teams and delivering sustainable service and commercial outcomes in complex, regulated environments.
  • Proven experience and a commitment to enhancing client experiences through meaningful transformation.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and lead organisation-wide initiatives while planning and prioritising complex reform and transformation projects.
  • Proven experience engaging and influencing staff and stakeholders, developing strong and constructive relationships and partnerships, and creating a shared vision that builds direction, alignment and purpose.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, together with substantial experience in a senior leadership or management role of similar scope and complexity.
