About the Role
A leading financial services business is seeking an experienced senior leader to join its executive team in Jersey. This is a high-profile appointment offering the opportunity to influence strategic direction, lead operational performance, and play a key role in the continued growth of a well-established organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide senior leadership across operational, commercial and client service functions.
- Drive business performance, operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, regulators, Board members and other senior stakeholders.
- Support the delivery of strategic growth objectives and business development activities.
- Lead, mentor and develop teams to ensure high levels of engagement and performance.
- Contribute to Executive Committee discussions and broader business decision-making.

Candidate Profile
- Extensive senior leadership experience within the financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of the Jersey funds industry and regulatory landscape.
- Demonstrable success in leading teams and managing complex operational environments.
- Proven commercial acumen, including business development and client relationship management experience.
- Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CGI/ICSA or equivalent.
- Ability to engage credibly with clients, regulators, Boards and senior executives.
- A career history demonstrating progression, stability and increasing responsibility.
- Experience contributing to strategic business planning and growth initiatives.
