The Executive Director will provide strategic and operational oversight for the Office for Zero Inequities and will be accountable for delivering the University’s Zero Inequities Transformation Initiative.
They will also head up institution-wide efforts to eliminate differential outcomes, improve staff and student experience, embed equity into institutional design and decision-making, and establish the University of Brighton as a national and international exemplar in institutional equity transformation.
