ATC International Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Executive Director & Strategic Partner to lead and expand our operations in the United Kingdom.
This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious professional with strong experience in conformity assessment, certification, and business development to take a leading role in an already established and internationally recognized certification body.
About ATC International
ATC International is an international conformity assessment organization with internationally recognized accreditations and approvals, including:
- Management System Certification accredited by UKAS, SLAB, and NACI
- Product Certification accredited by TÜRKAK and SLAB
- European Notified Body No. 3076
- PolyCert Europe Approved Certification Body
- FCB Approved Certification Body

Who we are looking for
We are looking for a professional who ideally has:
- Lead Auditor qualification (ISO 9001 preferred; additional schemes are an advantage)
- Experience in certification, inspection, or conformity assessment
- Strong business development and commercial skills
- Existing network within UK industry
- Ability to develop and manage the UK market independently
- Leadership and operational management experience
Responsibilities
- Develop ATC's business in the United Kingdom
- Lead marketing and business development activities
- Manage relationships with clients and auditors
- Participate in audits where qualified
- Build and manage the UK operational team

Compensation
This is not a traditional salaried position.
The successful candidate will work as a strategic business partner with an attractive profit-sharing model, offering the opportunity to build and manage the UK business together with ATC International.
