Description
Our Transport team plays an important role in supporting the smooth operation of the Club, providing professional and discreet transportation for members and guests across the estate and beyond. From airport transfers and local journeys to supporting activities and special events, the team ensures every journey is delivered safely, efficiently and to the high standards expected at Skibo.
Working closely with departments across the estate, the Transport team helps ensure logistics run seamlessly while maintaining a polished, professional and welcoming presence at all times.
About The Role
As an Executive Driver, you will provide safe, professional and discreet transport for members and guests, ensuring each journey is comfortable, well-planned and delivered to a high standard.
Your responsibilities will include: Providing professional driving services for members and guests across the estate and beyond Managing airport transfers, local journeys and activity transport requirements Maintaining vehicles to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation Planning routes and timings to ensure smooth, efficient travel Assisting with luggage and providing a courteous, professional welcome Supporting transport logistics for events and daily Club operations Carrying out routine vehicle checks and reporting any maintenance requirements Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure transport requests run smoothly Maintaining discretion and professionalism at all times

About You
Skills & Experience Previous professional driving experience, ideally in a hospitality or luxury environment Full, clean UK driving licence Confident driving a range of vehicles in varied conditions Strong awareness of safety, planning and time management Knowledge of the local area is advantageous but not essential Personal Attributes Professional, discreet and guest-focused approach Calm, reliable and well organised Polished presentation and excellent attention to detail Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules Comfortable working independently and as part of a wider team You don't need to meet every point listed above to be a great fit for the role.
