Executive Head Chef – St Dunstan’s Group
South London | £55,000 per annum | 52-week contract

We are actively seeking an exceptional Executive Head Chef to lead and elevate catering across the St Dunstan’s Group.
Our Group Comprises
- St Dunstan’s College, Catford
- Rosemead Preparatory School, Tulse Hill
- St Christopher’s, Beckenham
- West Lodge, Sidcup

As Executive Head Chef, you will set the culinary vision across our schools, ensuring consistently high standards, fresh thinking, and a positive food culture that supports pupils, staff, and the wider school community.
You will lead, inspire, and develop kitchen teams, championing quality, nutrition, and innovation while delivering efficient, compliant, and engaging food services.
We are looking for a passionate, hands-on leader who thrives in a people-focused environment and brings energy and creativity to everything they do.

About You
- Proven experience as an Executive Head Chef or senior culinary leader
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a track record of developing teams
- A creative approach to menu development and presentation
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A genuine interest in working within education and contributing to school life
- Strong knowledge of food safety, compliance, and nutritional standards
