About the Role
The Executive Housekeeper is a key leadership position within Fairmont Windsor Park, responsible for:
- Inspiring the housekeeping team to maintain highest standards of cleanliness, ensuring a welcoming, immaculate environment that exceeds guest expectations.
- Leading and managing a large housekeeping team to sustain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Developing and implementing efficient housekeeping procedures and best practices.
- Ensuring compliance with company brand standards of quality and cleanliness at all times.
- Preparing and monitoring the annual departmental budget, with focus on occupancy, payroll costs, and departmental expenses.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Responding to audits to drive continual improvement.
- Addressing guest concerns promptly, attentively, and efficiently.
- Coaching, training, and supporting the team to maintain high standards while promoting continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a large housekeeping team
- Maintain uncompromising cleanliness and guest satisfaction
- Develop and implement best practices in housekeeping
- Oversee budgeting and cost control
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental compliance
- Address guest feedback and concerns
- Mentor and develop the housekeeping team
Requirements
- Exceptional leadership skills, with experience in managing a large, diverse team
- Clear and influential communicator, able to interact across all levels
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high standards
- Strong business acumen, with a solid understanding of budgeting and cost control
- Ability to produce in-depth reports and analyse data to drive operational efficiency
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and operational needs
- Proven ability to manage, coach, challenge, and develop teams
- Approachable and positive approach with a "can do" attitude
- Ability to use initiative in challenging situations and under pressure
- Smart and professional appearance, aligning with a luxury 5-star hotel standard
- Proven track record in a similar role in a 5-star hotel
- Excellent standard of English, both written and spoken

Skills & Experience
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Extensive experience in luxury hospitality management
