About the Role
As the Executive Housekeeping Manager, you will lead our Housekeeping Team with passion and precision, ensuring our guests experience unrivalled hospitality. IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dynamic leader to:
- Inspire and develop a high-performance culture
- Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction
- Work closely with the wider hotel team as a cohesive unit
Key Responsibilities
- Support and report to the Director of Operations, managing the Housekeeping Team while fostering staff development
- Create and oversee rotas, ensuring staff coverage, efficiency, and budget adherence
- Recruit, train, and manage turnover while building a strong, performance-driven team
- Drive continuous improvement, encouraging staff input and innovation
- Collaborate with other departments to align with hotel-wide goals

Person Specification
We are looking for a proven service leader with:
- Senior Housekeeping Management Experience (5+ years preferred) with ultra-luxury hospitality backgrounds
- Strong Leadership & Upholding Standards – ability to lead by example
- Attention to Detail & Organisation – ensures flawless execution across all aspects of Housekeeping
- Communication & Problem-Solving – exceptional people skills to resolve issues promptly
- Budget & Operational Excellence – experience in cost control, health & safety compliance, and efficiency optimisation
