We’re offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Major Loss Adjuster to join our Major & Complex Loss team in the Glasgow Area. If you thrive on solving complex problems, supporting clients through challenging times, and delivering exceptional service, this role is for you.
As an Executive MCL Adjuster / Surveyor, you’ll manage a portfolio of high-value commercial property claims, including material damage and business interruption. From the initial investigation to final settlement, you’ll be the trusted expert guiding clients through the claims process with professionalism and empathy.
You’ll work both independently and as part of a collaborative team, supported by Adjusting Executives and technical specialists. Whether you’re on-site assessing damage or compiling reports from home or the office, you’ll play a vital role in delivering outstanding service and meeting client expectations.

What you’ll bring:
- A full UK Driving Licence – essential for site visits
- A strong customer focus and a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
- Solid experience handling major and complex commercial property claims
- Excellent communication skills – you listen, explain clearly, and negotiate fairly
- Confidence working independently and managing your own caseload
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritise and adapt
- Strong IT skills, ideally with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- ACII/ACILA or equivalent qualifications (or working towards them)
- A professional, empathetic approach to client relationships
- Experience in account management or market profiling is a plus
