The DWP is recruiting for 28 Executive Officers across London.
Locations: Acton, Hackney, Kennington Park, Westminster
We are looking for proactive, relationship-focused Recruitment Consultants to work with employers across the local area and London, helping businesses access talented individuals while creating meaningful employment opportunities for our customers.
In this role, you will act as the link between employers, jobseekers and partners, building strong relationships with local businesses to understand their workforce needs and develop practical recruitment solutions. You will play a key role in helping people move into work, remain in work and progress in their careers.
This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with employers, local partners, training providers and internal colleagues to support inclusive recruitment, respond to local labour market needs and contribute to stronger local economies.
You will spend a significant proportion of your time engaging directly with employers, building networks, identifying recruitment opportunities and influencing businesses to recruit through DWP services.

This is a fully office-based role.
Benefits
Alongside your salary, the Department for Work and Pensions contributes 28.97% towards you being a member of the Civil Service Defined Benefit Pension scheme. This means for your salary of £37,016 DWP contributes at least £9310.08. Find out what benefits a Civil Service Pension provides.
