The Role
You will be joining a small, friendly team made up of two key areas: the Executive Support Office (ESO) and the Central Services Office (CSO).
The Executive Support Office provides a proactive executive support service to the University's Executive Board, supporting a wide range of activities including senior meeting administration and minute-taking, governance processes, research, project coordination, and general executive support.
The Central Services Office works closely with academic staff, providing support with recruitment processes and the University's financial systems.

Required Skills And Experience
Your key areas of responsibility will be:
- Managing complex diaries, meetings, travel arrangements and events for senior leaders
- Prepare briefings, reports, and correspondence, distilling complex information into clear insights
- Act as Secretary for committees, including agenda planning, papers, and minutes
- Support governance processes, including Academic Board and Board of Governors’ Sub-Committees
- Contribute to strategic projects through research, analysis, and coordination
- Monitor actions and ensure timely delivery of outcomes
- Support the efficient running of the Executive Support Office and Central Services Office, pro-actively working with colleagues to enhance our services.
