An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive Officer to the Corporate Leadership Team within our Public Health and Community Division. You will work closely with our Director of Public Health & Communities, tackling high-profile and complex projects that matter to our community. If you are self-reliant, organised, and ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you!

As The Executive Officer, Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Supporting Leadership: Provide high-level support to the Corporate Leadership Team, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Project Management: Manage complex work packages, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Problem Solving: Anticipate challenges and proactively develop solutions to enhance service delivery.
  • Communication: Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations that effectively communicate key messages.

To Succeed In This Role, You Should Possess

  • A management or business qualification to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong financial acumen and knowledge of accounting procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other IT systems.
  • A good understanding of performance management and service standards.
