C&C Search is currently recruiting an Executive Officer role

Covering HR, Operations, EA support, Project and Team management. Within a high-growth, global renewable energy business, offering exceptional exposure to leadership, strong long-term progression and the opportunity to build and shape a central operations function.

Position: Executive Officer

  • Leading and managing the Team Support Office function, supporting the CEO, CFO and wider leadership team across multiple global offices.
  • Encompasses HR, Operations, EA support, Project and Team management.

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 + bonus

Hybrid set up: Predominantly office, 4 or 5 days per week

Key responsibilities for this Executive Officer

  • 50% of role - Support HR operations including policies, onboarding, training, employee coordination and general HR administration (non-payroll)
  • Build, lead and structure the Team Support Office function, bringing consistency, governance and clear processes across the business
  • Oversee the full recruitment coordination lifecycle including agencies, interviews, onboarding and induction processes
  • Own global travel coordination including flights, accommodation, logistics and supplier management, ensuring efficiency and cost control
  • Manage and improve administrative systems including expenses, invoicing and document processes
  • Oversee office management and attendance coordination, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a growing office environment
  • Lead ESG and CSR reporting for company-wide initiatives and ensure timely, structured delivery
  • Manage website, LinkedIn and wider communications to maintain consistency and quality
  • Coordinate training programmes and internal development initiatives
  • Organise company events, conferences and global initiatives
  • Provide hands-on operational and organisational support to the CEO and senior leadership team
  • Identify gaps, implement new systems and continuously improve processes across all operational areas

What background and experience are the company looking for?

  • Proven experience within HR, operations and a senior business support / CEO office role.
  • Experience across managing or mentoring a team, HR administration, travel coordination, operations or office management
  • Strong track record of building or improving processes, systems and ways of working
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of work
  • A proactive, solutions-led mindset with a focus on efficiency, structure and delivery
  • Confident working closely with senior stakeholders and leadership teams
  • A mature, credible and grounded individual, comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Someone who thrives on ownership, accountability and bringing rigour to a scaling business
