SM Property Management Solutions Ltd

📍 London HQ | Full-Time | Permanent

SM Property Management Solutions is a fast-growing nationwide company delivering large-scale fire-door installation, manufacturing, maintenance, and compliance projects across the UK.

We are looking for a highly organised, energetic, and proactive Executive Operations Manager to work directly alongside leadership and support the coordination and execution of multiple projects, operational activities, and business initiatives across the company.

This is not a traditional admin or PA role. We are looking for someone ambitious, commercially aware, fast-learning, and capable of helping drive structure, accountability, organisation, and operational efficiency within a growing business environment.

The successful candidate will become a key support function to leadership, helping ensure projects, teams, reporting, and day-to-day operations remain aligned and moving forward effectively.

Please note that the role requires travel to multiple sites and working from different site offices as project demands.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
