The Role

The role provides high-quality executive and operational support to the Geographic Directors, alongside focused assistance to the wider Geographic Directorate. Working closely with other Executive and Operations Assistants, the post holder plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the Geographic leadership team.

In addition, the role leads and contributes to a range of corporate and network-wide initiatives, using sound judgment, strong coordination skills, and a proactive approach to support the delivery of strategic and operational priorities.

Accountabilities

This role has two vacancies available. The post holder works closely with the Geographic Directors and senior colleagues to keep the Directorate running efficiently and effectively. The role involves managing complex diaries and meetings, coordinating briefings and information, handling correspondence, and supporting senior decision-making.

In addition, the role supports projects, planning cycles, reporting, and budget monitoring, working with teams across the organisation and wider network. Strong organization, sound judgment, and the ability to build trusted relationships are essential, alongside a proactive, inclusive, and collaborative approach.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
