Location: Birmingham (Jewellery Quarter)
Salary: Up to £32,000 + Outstanding Benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday | Office Based

Anna Maher Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a successful and growing consultancy based in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Executive PA who has previously supported senior Directors, Partners, or leadership teams and enjoys working in a professional, fast-paced environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to play a key role within a successful business, becoming a trusted point of contact for Directors while producing high-quality client-facing presentations, reports, and business documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing high-level executive PA support.
- Creating professional PowerPoint presentations from scratch.
- Designing client-facing presentations, reports, and business documents.
- Coordinating meetings, diaries, and events.
- Supporting projects and business activities.
- Managing relationships with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- Ensuring all documentation is accurate, polished, and delivered to a high standard.

About You
We are looking for an experienced:
- Executive PA
- Executive Assistant
- Personal Assistant
- Senior PA
- PA to Directors
You will have:
- Proven experience supporting senior leaders.
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
- The ability to create professional presentations from a blank page.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A polished and professional approach.
- The confidence to manage multiple priorities.
Experience within a private-sector professional services environment would be highly advantageous, including backgrounds such as:
