Executive, Partnership Operations – Liverpool FC
Location: Liverpool City Centre (Head Office)
About the Role
We are seeking an Executive, Partnership Operations to join the dynamic Liverpool Football Club team, supporting the delivery of club partner rights across key football operations and events.
In this role, you will:
- Play a vital role in managing partnership activation delivery across men’s and women’s football operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless partnership experiences.
- Support protesters with branding, budget tracking, stakeholder communications, and event logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Rights Delivery
- Assist in planning and delivering partner rights, including:
- Talent appearances
- Open training sessions
- Signed merchandise
- Matchday activations
- Wider club events
- Monitor availability and usage of partnership inventory across football properties.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between LFC (Liverpool FC) and LFCW (Liverpool FC Women) Football Operations, Partnerships, and Commercial teams.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with:
- Internal departments (football operations, marketing, commercial)
- External suppliers
- Commercial partners
- Enhance partner experiences and refine delivery standards in fast-paced environments.
- Represent the club professionally when liaising with stakeholders.

Administrative Support
- Track and support operational budgets for football operations, branding, and events.
- Maintain accurate reporting and documentation for partnership rights and activities.
- Provide ad hoc support to partnership projects and events as required.
Ad-Hoc & Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and streamlined working practices.
- Assist with partner branding execution (matchdays/stadiums/events) in line with club standards.
- Support matchday activations (fan zones, hospitality, sponsored fixtures, stadium set-ups) across men’s and women’s football.
Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience in partnerships, sponsorship, marketing, or sports operations.
- Strong familiarity with the football/sports talent environment (ideal but not essential).
- A degree or equivalent professional experience relevant to commercial/operations roles.
- Proven ability to:
- Work methodically in organised, fast-paced environments.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent time management.
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience supporting sponsorship/partnership rights delivery (highly desirable).
Desirable Qualities
- Team player with an enthusiastic, collaborative approach.
- Background in events, talent management, or entertainment industries.
- Passionate about football and enthusiastic to grow within the game.
