About the Role
If you're looking for more than diary management, this is an opportunity to become the trusted right hand to an entrepreneurial CEO, creating structure, driving accountability and helping scale a purpose-led business, with a clear pathway into a future Chief of Staff or Chief of Execution role.
The Package
- Competitive salary £45,000-£65,000 DOE (pro-rata for part-time hours)
- Initially circa 4 hours per day, with the role expected to grow into full time
- Remote working with regular in-person meetings and shadowing
- Genuine progression into a Chief of Staff / Chief of Execution position
- Direct partnership with the CEO and senior leadership team
- Opportunity to influence how a growing business operates
Company & Role
Harte Recruitment is partnering with an ambitious, purpose-led property business to appoint an exceptional Executive Personal Assistant who wants far more than a traditional support role.
As the Executive Personal Assistant to the CEO, you'll become their trusted right hand, creating structure, driving accountability and ensuring strategic priorities become measurable results. Following an initial shadowing period, you'll work as an extension of the CEO, anticipating challenges, removing obstacles and helping the leadership team stay focused on what matters most as the business continues to scale.

Previous Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Chief of Staff or senior business support experience is essential. Property experience would be advantageous but isn't essential.
The Executive Personal Assistant Role
Working directly with the CEO and closely alongside the senior leadership team, you'll:
- Manage diaries, meetings, priorities and executive communications
- Protect the CEO's time by ensuring focus remains on strategic objectives
- Prepare meeting agendas, reports and briefing documents
- Capture actions and hold stakeholders accountable for delivery
- Coordinate projects and improve communication across the leadership team
- Organise travel, logistics and personal administration where required
- Improve systems, processes and operational rhythms
- Anticipate issues before they arise and remove barriers to progress
- Become a trusted extension of the CEO, helping transform vision into execution
