About the Role

If you're looking for more than diary management, this is an opportunity to become the trusted right hand to an entrepreneurial CEO, creating structure, driving accountability and helping scale a purpose-led business, with a clear pathway into a future Chief of Staff or Chief of Execution role.

The Package

  • Competitive salary £45,000-£65,000 DOE (pro-rata for part-time hours)
  • Initially circa 4 hours per day, with the role expected to grow into full time
  • Remote working with regular in-person meetings and shadowing
  • Genuine progression into a Chief of Staff / Chief of Execution position
  • Direct partnership with the CEO and senior leadership team
  • Opportunity to influence how a growing business operates

Company & Role

Harte Recruitment is partnering with an ambitious, purpose-led property business to appoint an exceptional Executive Personal Assistant who wants far more than a traditional support role.

As the Executive Personal Assistant to the CEO, you'll become their trusted right hand, creating structure, driving accountability and ensuring strategic priorities become measurable results. Following an initial shadowing period, you'll work as an extension of the CEO, anticipating challenges, removing obstacles and helping the leadership team stay focused on what matters most as the business continues to scale.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
