As Arriva continues its exciting growth journey, we're looking for an exceptional Executive Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director of Arriva UK Trains and members of the wider Executive Leadership Team.
This is a highly visible and influential role that sits at the heart of the business, providing first-class executive support, coordinating key leadership activities and helping our senior leaders operate at their best.
The Role
As Executive Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering seamless support across a number of senior stakeholders, ensuring priorities are managed effectively and leadership teams remain focused on delivering strategic objectives.
You'll act as a trusted partner to multiple executives, building strong relationships across the business and serving as a key point of coordination for leadership activities, meetings, travel and communications.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing complex diaries and calendars for the Managing Director and members of the Executive Leadership Team.
- Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Organising executive meetings, leadership reviews, workshops and stakeholder engagements.
- Preparing agendas, board papers, presentations, reports and briefing packs.
- Managing correspondence and communications on behalf of senior leaders, ensuring timely action and follow-up.
- Building effective relationships with stakeholders across Arriva, external partners and industry contacts.
- Supporting strategic projects, leadership events and business planning activities.
- Coordinating meeting logistics, conference calls and virtual events.
- Assisting with invoice processing, expense reconciliation and related administration.
- Supporting onboarding activities and providing wider executive administration support as required.

You'll have:
- Experience supporting multiple senior executives or board-level stakeholders.
- Outstanding diary, meeting and stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational capability.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and changing demands with confidence.
- A high level of discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
- A collaborative approach and the confidence to build credibility with senior leaders.
- Strong Microsoft Office and business systems proficiency.
