Are you a highly organised, proactive and professional Executive Personal Assistant looking for an opportunity to work at the heart of a dynamic organisation?

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Personal Assistant (EPA) to provide comprehensive and confidential support to our Senior Leadership Team. This is a pivotal role, offering the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, coordinate key business activities, and contribute to the smooth operation of our executive function.

About the Role:

Fixed-Term Contract - Approximately 12 Months

You will be the trusted partner to the Senior Leadership Team, ensuring effective diary management, coordinating executive meetings, and supporting governance activities, including Board and leadership meetings. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of organisation, professionalism, and confidentiality across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing diaries, prioritising and scheduling meetings
  • Handling confidential correspondence and enquiries with discretion
  • Coordinating Board, Executive and Senior Leadership Team meetings
  • Preparing Board packs, meeting documentation, minutes, and action trackers
  • Supporting with travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Organising internal events, executive updates, and business meetings
  • Maintaining accurate records and electronic filing systems
  • Tracking key actions and ensuring follow-up
  • Providing proactive administrative support to enable efficient business operation

About you:

You'll be a highly capable professional with experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment. You'll thrive on managing multiple priorities, building strong relationships, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Proven experience providing high-level executive or personal assistant support
  • Experience handling highly confidential information
  • Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
  • The ability to work independently, use initiative, and exercise sound judgement
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively

Qualifications (Desirable):

  • Degree in Business & Management or equivalent
  • Executive Assistant (EA), Personal Assistant (PA), Governance or equivalent professional qualification
