Executive Personal Assistant

Personal Assistant to Board Directors – Property & Real Estate

One of our clients, an established property and real estate business, is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support two Board Directors.

This is a busy, varied role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, working closely with senior leaders to manage multiple priorities and ensure seamless behind-the-scenes operations. You’ll become a trusted right-hand support, delivering high-quality administrative and organisational assistance across a broad range of daily tasks.


Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage complex diaries and schedules for two Board Directors
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, arranging all logistics
  • Prepare board packs, presentations, meeting papers, and supporting documentation
  • Organise UK and international travel, accommodation, and itineraries
  • Manage inboxes, correspondence, and follow-up actions
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal teams, clients, contractors, and external stakeholders
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes (where required), and track actions
  • Handle confidential information and sensitive documentation with discretion
  • Maintain electronic filing systems, ensuring documentation remains organised and up to date
  • Provide occasionally personal administrative support as needed
  • Anticipate priorities, identify potential issues, and proactively propose solutions
  • Offer general administrative and PA support to help Directors stay organised and focused on business priorities

About You

We’re looking for candidates with:

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant supporting senior leaders or Directors
  • Exceptional organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive, resourceful approach with confidence to work independently
  • High levels of discretion, professionalism, and integrity
  • Superb attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong Microsoft Office expertise, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

A background in property, real estate, construction, or development is advantageous, as familiarity with the sector’s pace, terminology, and stakeholders would help. However, this is not essential.


What’s On Offer

  • Salary: £50,000
  • Part-time, permanent position (Office-based, Monday–Friday)
  • Typical working hours: 8:00/8:30 AM – 5:00/5:30 PM
