Role Description

The Executive President is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in the United Kingdom, responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, governance, and operational effectiveness of International Police Academy, UNIPOL International University. In this role, the Executive President sets institutional priorities, leads long-term planning, and ensures that academic, training, and research programs align with the academy’s mission and international standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising senior leadership teams, guiding curriculum development, managing key partnerships with law enforcement agencies and governments, and ensuring high-quality training delivery. The Executive President represents the institution in international forums, negotiates collaborations, and strengthens networks with police, military, and legal organizations worldwide. The role also involves overseeing budgets and resource allocation, implementing robust policies for compliance and ethics, and fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture for faculty, staff, and learners.

  • Demonstrated senior leadership experience in law enforcement, military, security, or related public safety organizations, with a proven record of strategic and operational management.
  • Strong governance, policy development, and institutional management skills, including experience in overseeing complex programs, budgets, and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Solid background in international cooperation, diplomacy, or interagency coordination, with the ability to build and maintain partnerships across borders and cultures.
  • Advanced knowledge of key law enforcement domains such as crime investigation, counterterrorism, human rights, leadership development, and community policing.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, including public speaking, stakeholder engagement, and representation in international and governmental settings.
  • Experience in academic or professional training environments, such as curriculum oversight, program evaluation, and quality assurance in higher education or professional academies.
  • Commitment to ethical standards, human rights, diversity, equity, and inclusion in law enforcement training and organizational culture.
  • Relevant advanced degree (e.g., law, criminology, public administration, international relations, security studies, or related)
