Executive & Private PA to Couple

Remote / South of England
12 month FTC

We are seeking an exceptional Private PA to provide discreet, high-level support to principals across both personal and business affairs.

This is a high-trust role where you will manage priorities, optimise time and ensure the seamless running of day-to-day activities. Alongside executive support, you will assist with business and charitable initiatives, coordinate household staff and external providers, and help ensure everything operates efficiently behind the scenes.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and discreet, with the ability to anticipate needs, manage multiple priorities, and exercise sound judgement in a fast-paced environment.

Hours

Full-time, flexible, and on-call (including occasional evenings and weekends)

Location

Primarily remote, with regular visits to a South of England residence

Dependent on experience

Responsibilities

  • Managing complex diaries, scheduling, and international travel arrangements
  • Acting as the central point of contact, managing communications, and key relationships
  • Preparing documentation, briefings, and overseeing administrative processes
  • Supporting business and charitable projects, coordinating stakeholders and timelines
  • Assisting with the oversight of household staff, contractors, and property-related matters
  • Monitoring expenses, budgets, and financial administration
  • Providing responsive support across a broad range of personal and business matters

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar high-level support role
  • Exceptional organisational, communication, and administrative skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with autonomy and sound judgement
  • Strong IT proficiency and attention to detail
  • Professional, discreet, and highly reliable approach
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel

Additional Information

  • Occasional UK and international travel may be required
  • This is a responsive, on-call position requiring flexibility outside standard working hours
