Executive Producer (Luxury/B2C Events & Experiences) - £80,000 - London/Hybrid

Profiles Creative is partnering with a highly regarded boutique experiential agency to find an Executive Producer to join their senior leadership team.

This is an opportunity to shape and deliver world-class brand experiences for an enviable portfolio of luxury and premium consumer brands, fashion, lifestyle/culture and some tech. From immersive launches and exclusive VIP experiences to global brand activations and cultural moments, this agency is known for creating beautifully crafted experiences that leave a lasting impression.

We're looking for an experienced Executive Producer who thrives in a fast-paced, creatively ambitious environment and has a strong track record of delivering complex, high-profile B2C experiential projects from concept through to execution.

The Role

As Executive Producer, you'll lead the agency's production offering, overseeing multiple projects while inspiring and developing a talented production team. You'll be the trusted partner to clients, ensuring exceptional delivery, commercial success, and flawless execution across every touchpoint.

Working closely with strategy, creative, client services, and external partners, you'll balance creative ambition with operational excellence, ensuring every experience is delivered to the highest standard.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading the end-to-end delivery of luxury experiential campaigns and live events.
  • Overseeing multiple large-scale and high-profile B2C projects simultaneously.
  • Building trusted relationships with clients and acting as a senior point of contact.
  • Managing budgets, forecasting, and commercial performance across projects.
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing producers and freelance teams.
  • Working collaboratively with creative and strategy teams to bring ambitious ideas to life.
  • Managing supplier relationships and ensuring exceptional production standards.
  • Driving operational excellence, identifying efficiencies, and continually improving delivery processes.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of quality, detail, and client service.

About You

You'll be an established Executive Producer or Senior Producer ready to step into a leadership role within a boutique agency environment.

You'll bring:

  • Significant experience delivering premium or luxury experiential campaigns.
  • A strong background working with B2C consumer brands.
  • Expertise across live events, brand activations, immersive experiences, and launches.
  • Exceptional client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven commercial acumen with experience managing multi-million-pound budgets.
  • Outstanding leadership and people management experience.
  • Calm, confident decision-making under pressure.
  • An extensive network of trusted production suppliers and partners.
  • A passion for delivering extraordinary experiences with meticulous attention to detail.
